Excellent breakfast, brilliant location, very helpful staff. We did not eat at teh restaurant but afe breakfast regretted that we didn't!

the resturant in the hotel is very expensive' braerakefast is very poor.they dont have any turist imformation what to see in the enveiroment.they charge alot off money to sppa masaza jakozy our room was above billard tabel,and people used to stay play late in the night without consider privancy important to know! "no body anser to the hotel-phone" if you would like that someone reach you.

Superb views, nice room, simple breakfast, good dining. Great base from which to explore beautiful Umbria by car.

Location was beautiful with great views. The quadruple room was actually an entire house with a lot of space, a complete kitchen and good air conditioning

When we arrived pool area was noisy with local teenagers using the area and loud music playing from the bar. Staff were not very welcoming at times. Breakfast poor apart from very good home made cakes. Poor quality juice served in plastic cups. Country House means something different in Italy than it does in the UK.
